Not at all. This is a small-group coaching experience that happens during a builder tour. You’ll walk properties—but more importantly, you’ll learn how to create scroll-stopping content while doing it.  

We’ll be filming video to help you promote the community on social media—so yes, you’ll walk away with content you can use immediately, and builders love that too.

Bonus: Everything you learn you can use on all your listings as well!

Plan on at least three hours. It may go longer and sometimes we go to lunch/meet up afterwards. Which is totally optional. 

I hope you will.. but only if you want to be! I’ll guide you in real time and help you feel confident, but you decide what you’re comfortable posting.

A charged phone, some storage space, and a willingness to learn. I’ll be sending you a Google Doc ahead of time with all kinds of great info on the community—plus video tips, hook suggestions, and content ideas. Feel free to print it out and bring it with you as a reference.

Also: stay hydrated! Bring a drink (and a snack if you need to). We’ll be moving around, filming, and getting stuff done—so come prepared, but don’t overthink it. You don’t need fancy gear; I’ll show you how to make content that works with what you already have.
